Who can apply
Eligibility is based on your school’s opening date, so the rules are simple and the same for everyone. We check documents before any agreement is signed.

New School Launch Program
What does USD 2,000 a year include?
The full Schooly platform: all nine modules, the staff desktop app, the parent mobile app, free data migration and onboarding. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
What happens after the first two years?
From year three you move to standard Schooly pricing. The year-three rate is written into your agreement when you sign, and we give you 90 days’ notice before it applies, so there are no surprises.
Will my fee go up as we enrol more students?
No. Your fee stays at USD 2,000 a year for both years as you grow, up to 300 students. If you go beyond 300 during the programme, you move to standard pricing early.
Our school hasn’t opened yet. Can we still apply?
Yes. Pre-opening schools can apply now and lock in the programme rate. Your two-year period starts on the day your school opens.
How do you check eligibility?
Eligibility is based on your opening date: your school must have started operating no more than 24 months before you apply. You’ll upload a document showing your opening date, and we review it before any agreement is signed.
How is billing handled?
The programme is a two-year agreement, billed annually in advance.
We’re running everything on spreadsheets. Is moving over difficult?
Data migration and onboarding are included at no extra cost, and Schooly is built to be set up quickly by a small team without an IT department.
Is anything expected from us in return?
Nothing is required. After six months we may invite you to take part in a case study or leave a review on G2 or Capterra, and it’s entirely your choice.
What happens after I apply?
We check your eligibility, then arrange a demo of Schooly with your team. If it’s the right fit, we send you the programme agreement to sign.
